I graduated from Washington and Lee University with dual degrees in Biology (BS) and Mandarin Chinese (BA), and later earned my master’s in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.

As a mixed methods UX researcher, I bring experience across consumer and enterprise products in both startup and public company environments, including roles at Capsule, Wayfair, and currently at HBO Max (Warner Bros Discovery).
